A Legal Legacy for 50 Years

Lewis & Roberts honors Rick Lewis and Winston Page for their commitment to the legal profession for 50 years. A combined century of knowledge, passion, devotion, resilience, wisdom and leadership are the pillars on which remarkable legacies are built.

Richard M. Lewis is the founder of the firm's workers' compensation practice group and has been in private practice since 1975. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University and the Wake Forest University School of Law. He handles the defense of all types of workers' compensation claims. Mr. Lewis is admitted to the Bar in North Carolina. He was Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the North Carolina Bar Association from 1999-2000, on the Board of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys from 1999-2002, and served as the Liaison from the North Carolina Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section to the North Carolina Industrial Commission Advisory Council from 2007-2010.

Winston L. Page, Jr. practices exclusively in the area of workers' compensation.  Prior to entering private practice in 1989, he was a Deputy Commissioner for the North Carolina Industrial Commission for eight years.  In that capacity he heard and decided workers' compensation claims throughout the State of North Carolina.  He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Mr. Page is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys and was admitted to the Bar in North Carolina in 1975.

Both gentlemen have received numerous honors for multiple decades, including recognition as Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers.
