Jeffrey A. Misenheimer practices exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation. Mr. Misenheimer received his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his law degree from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University.  Mr. Misenheimer was admitted to the Bar in 1999.  

Mr. Misenheimer is the past Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section Council of the North Carolina Bar Association, past Chair of the Workers' Compensation Practice Group of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, a member of the Defense Research Institute, and a past member of the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.   Mr. Misenheimer has taught numerous classes/seminars in the field of Workers' Compensation Law. Mr. Misenheimer enjoys traveling, all types of music, golf, as well as spending time with his wife, Susan, and son, John.
