The firm's Workers' Compensation Practice involves the defense of workers' compensation claims in North Carolina. We have ten lawyers in the firm's Raleigh office who handle claims throughout North Carolina. Our lawyers have more than 130 years of combined experience in handling all types of workers' compensation claims, including those involving traumatic injuries, cumulative trauma disorders, and complex occupational exposure claims. Our lawyers have appeared and successfully defended cases before the Deputy Commissioners and Commissioners of the North Carolina Industrial Commission and the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of North Carolina.
