Timothy S. Riordan
Tim Riordan is a founding partner who has represented defendants in workers' compensation cases for approximately 23 years. His practice includes negotiation and litigation on behalf of employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in all types of workers' compensation actions. Mr. Riordan has written for, and spoken at, numerous workers' compensation seminars on a wide variety of topics, including employee fraud, expert witnesses and distribution of third-party recoveries. Mr. Riordan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School and Hilisdale College. He was a member of the North Carolina Workers' Compensation Section Council from 2006 - 2009 and has served on several non-profit boards, including the North Carolina Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the United Way.
