Richard M. Lewis
Richard Lewis is one of the founding partners of Lewis & Roberts, P.L.L.C. Mr. Lewis specializes in the handling of workers' compensation claims, an area of practice he has been engaged in for more than thirty years. He has significant experience in handling all types of workers' compensation claims, including injuries, occupational diseases, and coverage issues. Mr. Lewis is past Chairman of the North Carolina Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section and previously was a member of the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys. He has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America from 1995 through 2009 and is included in the North Carolina's Super Lawyers listing for 2008 and 2009. He is currently the liaison from the North Carolina Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section to the North Carolina Industrial Commission.
