Paul is a partner and founder of the firm's Charlotte office. Paul's entire career has been dedicated to cases in litigation. He began his law practice in Houston, Texas working on complex personal injury and death cases before moving to Charlotte . His practice is limited to representing plaintiffs who have suffered catastrophic personal inury or death, large financial losses and those involved in class actions. Paul has tired cases to juries in North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Louisiana and has obtained numerous recoveries in excess of one million dollars. Paul is also a frequent speaker at continuing legal education courses and has been interviewed on his work by several local and national newspapers and trade journals.
