Paul C. McCoy

Paul C. McCoy practices in the areas of workers’ compensation and civil litigation.  He received his undergraduate degree in history from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1998 and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude,  from Campbell University School of Law in 2002.  While in law school, he served as Business Editor of the Campbell Law Review.  He is admitted to practice before all state courts in North Carolina, as well as the federal courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western districts of North Carolina.  He has handled matters pending before the North Carolina Industrial Commission, the District and Superior Courts of North Carolina, the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Middle District, the North Carolina Court of Appeals and most recently, the North Carolina Supreme Court.
