Kimberly R. Wilson
(919) 719-8562 (Direct)
Kimberly R. Wilson is a partner in the litigation department at Lewis & Roberts, PLLC. She manages the firm's pharmaceutical and medical devices practice. Kimberly's practice is focused on representing people who have been severely injured by dangerous prescription drugs, medical devices and negligent healthcare providers. She also represents individuals catastrophically injured in motor vehicle accidents, on business and residential premises and by defective products. Kimberly and her paralegal, Buffy L. Johnson, have worked together for nearly ten years representing injured persons in litigation.
Kimberly has obtained verdicts or negotiated settlements for her clients from the pharmaceutical, insurance, automobile and medical industries. She continues to devote all of her professional time to representing individuals who do not have the resources to take on big corporations who have caused them harm. Kimberly understands that the only thing that makes a regular citizen and a powerful company equal is the justice system.
Kimberly grew up in southern West Virginia. She is one of nine children. Her father was a coal miner for 33 years and an active member in the United Mine Workers of America (UMWA). All of her siblings are professionals in health care, pharmaceutical industry, education and law. Kimberly attended West Virginia University for her undergraduate and law degree. She is currently working on her Masters in Public Health (M.P.H) at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kimberly has one daughter who attends Enloe Senior High in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Kimberly has been interviewed by CBS Nightly News with Dan Rather, Ladies Home Journal, Wall Street Journal and multiple local television stations.
