John D. Elvers

John Elvers is a partner who has primarily represented employers and carriers in workers' compensation cases for over 15 years. His practice includes all aspects of workers' compensation litigation. Mr. Elvers is also a practicing Mediator, and spends a significant amount of time mediating workers' compensation cases. Mr. Elvers has written for, and spoken at a number of workers' compensation based educational seminars. Mr. Elves received both his undergraduate and law degree form the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Elvers is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, Workers' Compensation Section and Litigation Sections and the Wake County Bar. Mr. Elvers is also admitted to Federal practice in the Eastern District of North Carolina.
