Jeffrey A. Misenheimer practices exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation. Mr. Misenheimer received his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his law degree from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University. Mr. Misenheimer was admitted to the Bar in 1999.
Mr. Misenheimer is a past chair of the Workers' Compensation Practice Group of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, a member of Defense Research Institute, and is currently a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section Council of the North Carolina Bar Association as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Association of Defense Atttorneys. Mr. Misenheimer has taught numerous classes/seminars in the field of Workers' Compensation Law. Mr. Misenheimer enjoys traveling, all types of music, golf, as well as spending time with his wife, Susan, and son, John.
