Jeffrey Misenheimer has been with Lewis & Roberts, P.L.L.C. since 1999 and has been a partner of the firm since 2007. Mr. Misenheimer's specializes in the handling of all types of workers' compensation claims. Mr. Misenheimer has handled cases before the North Carolina Industrial Commission, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and the North Carolina Supreme Court.
Mr. Misenheimer has taught numerous classes/seminars in the field of Workers' Compensation Law. Mr. Misenheimer is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Workers' Compensation Section. Mr. Misenheimer is also currently the Vice-Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Practice Group for the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys. Mr. Misenheimer enjoys traveling, all types of music, golf, as well as spending time with his wife, Susan, and son, John.
