Brooke N. Albert

Brooke Albert, an associate in the Civil Litigation Group, concentrates her practice in the areas of construction law, appellate law, and complex commercial and civil litigation. Brooke routinely represents her clients on a variety of matters, including contract disputes, lien enforcement actions, and complex business tort claims.

Brooke earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in 2004, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her law degree from the University of North Carolina in 2007, where she was a Carolina Public Interest Law Association grant recipient and member of the Holderness Invitational Moot Court Team. Prior to joining Lewis & Roberts, Brooke served as a law clerk to the Honorable J. Douglas McCullough of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Brooke is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in North Carolina. She is also a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Wake County Bar Association. In her free time, Brooke enjoys traveling, cooking, home improvement projects, Gator Football, and shooting guns.
