Brian D. Lake

Brian Lake is a partner who has primarily represented employers and carriers in workers' compensation cases for over 20 years. His practice includes all aspects of workers' compensation Litigation. Mr. Lake has also represented clients in various forms of civil litigation. Mr. Lake received his undergraduate degree from the Virginia Military Institute, upon graduation he was commissioned and served four and a half years in the United States Marine Corps as an officer. Mr. Lake received his law degree from Wake Forest University. Mr. Lake is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, Workers' Compensation Section and Litigation Sections, and the Wake County Bar. Mr. Lake is also admitted to Federal practice in the Western District of North Carolina.
